PART ONE
PRINCIPLES
By this Treaty, the HIGH CONTRACTING PARTIES establish among themselves a EUROPEAN COMMUNITY.
The Community shall have as its task, by establishing a common market and an economic and monetary union and by implementing common policies or activities referred to in Articles 3 and 4, to promote throughout the Community a harmonious, balanced and sustainable development of economic activities, a high level of employment and of social protection, equality between men and women, sustainable and non-inflationary growth, a high degree of competitiveness and convergence of economic performance, a high level of protection and improvement of the quality of the environment, the raising of the standard of living and quality of life, and economic and social cohesion and solidarity among Member States.
For the purposes set out in Article 2, the activities of the Community shall include, as provided in this Treaty and in accordance with the timetable set out therein:

1. Clause 2. of Article III. of the Purchase contract, have a new wording:
“2.The buyer is obliged to pay the purchase price in two instalments, as follows: The first instalment in amount of 1EUR ( one euro in word ) within 15 banking days from the signing of this contract at latest, via bank transfer to the account of the seller. The second instalment in amount of 1EUR ( one euro in word ) to be paid within 260 days from the date of payment of the first instalment via bank transfer to the account of the seller.The duty of the buyer to pay the purchase price is duly and on time fulfilled, when the whole purchase price is transferred to the account of the seller on the last day of its maturity at latest.”
Article III.
Final Clauses
1. This Amendment No.1 does in no way influence the other provisions of the Purchase Contract.
2. This Amendment No.1 is executed in 4 equal copies in English language and each of the Contracting parties took over two copies.
3. This Amendment No.1 will come into effect and will be valid by the day of its signing by both contracting parties.
4. The contracting parties declare, that this Amendment No.1 expresses their own free and serious will, which they have declared clearly and understandably, have not signed it in distress and under clearly disadvantageous conditions, without any psychical or physical constraint.
5. The contracting parties declare they have read this Amendment No.1, have understood its content and as a sign of this, have signed it with their signatures.

Kupac se obavezuje da plati kupoprodajnu cenu u dve rate, kako sledi: prvu ratu u iznosu od 1 Evro (slovima: 1 evro) najkasnije 15 bankarskih dana od datuma potpisivanja ovog ugovora, bankarskim transferom na račun prodavca. Drugu ratu u iznosu od 1 Evro (slovima: 1 evro)Kupac će platiti u roku od 260 dana od datuma plaćanja prve rate takođe bankarskim transferom na račun prodavca. Smatraće se da je dužnost kupca da uredno i na vreme plati kupoprodajnu cenu ispunjena kada je ceo iznos cene uplaćen na račun prodavca najkasnije na poslednji dan dospeća.
III. Završne odredbe
1. Ovaj Aneks br. 1 ni na koji način ne utiče na druge odredbe Kupoprodajnog ugovora.
2. Ovaj Aneks br. 1 je sačinjen u 4 jednaka primerka na engleskom jeziku, po dva za svaku ugovornu stranu.
3. Ovaj Aneks br. 1 stupa na snagu i počinje da važi od datuma potpisivanja obe ugovorne strane.
4. Ugovorne strane ovim izjavljuju da ovaj Aneks br. 1 izražava njihovu slobodnu volju, koju su iznele javno i razumljivo, da ga nisu potpisale u nevolji ili pod nepovoljnim okolnostima, kao ni pod fizičkom ili mentalnom prisilom.
5. Ugovorne strane izjavljuju da su pročitale ovaj Aneks br. 1, da su razumele njegov sadržaj što dokazuju stavljanjem svojih potpisa.

Before You Begin
After you replace the hard disk drive, you have to perform a system recovery. Refer to the documentation that came with your computer for detailed system recovery steps. Observe the following requirements before removing and replacing a hard disk drive.
IMPORTANT: A hard drive is extremely sensitive to shock impact. Do not bang or drop it. Do not touch the circuit board. Static electricity can damage the drive.

WARNING:
1 Never open the cover with the power cord attached or power applied. You may damage your computer or be injured from the spinning fan blades.
2 Avoid touching sharp edges inside the computer.
CAUTION: This product contains components that are easily damaged by electrostatic discharge (ESD). To reduce the chance of ESD damage, work over a non-carpeted floor. If possible, ground yourself while touching the metal frame of the computer, prior to handling components.
Removing the Hard Disk Drive
1 Remove all removable media such as CDs or DVDs from the computer.
2 Turn off the computer using the shutdown procedure for your operating system.
3 Disconnect the power from the wall and from the back of the computer.

Ovim se daje svim zanteresovanim stranama u vezi gore pomenutog Ponuđača na znanje da mi, Kineska banka (Bank of China Ltd.), ekspozitura Shenzhen, sa registrovanim sedištem na adresi: International Financial Bldg. 2022 Jianshe Road, Shenzhen, P.R. China (u daljem tekstu "Banka") dajemo garanciju telekomunikacionoj kompaniji TELEKOM SRBIJA A.D., Takovska 22, 11000 Beograd (u daljem tekstu "Klijent") u iznosu od 1evra (slovima: jedan evra) koji će biti u potpunosti isplaćen odmah po prvom zahtevu gore pomenutog Klijenta.
Preuzimajući obaveze dole potpisanih Banka ovim daje garanciju u svoje ime, kao i u ime svojih zakonskih naslednika.
Ovim Banka potvrđuje svoje obaveze zvaničnim pečatom gore pomenute Banke na dan 10. 03. 2006. godine.
Uslovi pod kojima se daje ova garancija su sledeći:
1. U slučaju da Ponuđač prekršii zalogu postupka javne nabavke, to jest: učini nešto od dole navedenog:
A. U slučaju da da konkurentsku ponudu ili promeni svoju ponudu tokom perioda važenja ponude,
B. Odbije da podnese zahtevano razjašnjenje u vezi bilo kog elementa iz svoje ponude,
C. Odbije da izvrši dozvoljene ispravke grešaka iz svoje ponud,.
D. Na bilo koji način nastoji da utiče na Klijenta i poremeti regularnost javnog nadmetanja.
2. U slučaju da prihvaćeni ponuđač, po prijemu obaveštenja o dobijanju ugovora:
A. Zahteva delimičnu ili kompletnu promenu pojedinih tačaka i/ili članova navedenih u tenderskoj dokumentaciji sa kojima je bio saglasan tokom podnošenja ponuda,
B. Odustane od početnih uslova i preuzetih obaveza navedenih u svojoj ponudi,
C. Ne potpiše ugovor iz bilo kog razloga,
D. Ne dostavi garanciju o izvršenju u predviđenom ugovornom roku.
Mi ovim preuzimamo obavezu da isplatimo Klijentu sumu do vrednosti gore navedenog iznosa po prijemu njegovog prvog pisanog zahteva u tom smislu, bez obaveze Klijenta da potvrdi svoj zahtev, već samo da navede u svom zahtevu da suma koju traži treba da se isplati zbog nastanka jednog ili više gore pomenutih uslova, navodeći detaljno koji je ili su ti uslovi.
Svako neslaganje do koga može doći između Ponuđača i Klijenta neće uticati na pravo Klijenta da preuzme gore navedenu isplatu.
Ova garancija ostaje na snazi sve do isteka perioda važenja ponude to jest do 30. 08. 2006. godine, ili do zamene ove garancije garancijom o izvršenju ukoliko Ponuđač bude dobio tender i potpiše ugovor.

Source text - English 1. DEFINITIONS
For the purpose of this Agreement
“Address/Place of delivery” means the address for the delivery of Products;
“Warranty” means guarantees given by the Vendor for the a Products;
“Guarantee” is defined in Article 12.of this Agreement;
“Product/s” means the mobile phone models with the trademark”___”;
“Specification” means technical and functional Product specifications;
“Party” or “Parties” means the parties in this Agreement, separately or together;
2. SUBJECT
The Subject of this Agreement is a successive delivery of mobile phones produced by ”___” (herewith: the Products) which shall be deleivered by the Vendor at the request/order by the OPERATOR in compliance with this Agreement.
The Vendor authorizes the OPERATOR to purchase, place and sell the Products in connection with this Agreement.
APPENDIX 1: The Agreement on technical support for mobile phones produced by „____“
APPENDIX 2: To the Agreement is a price list of Products/specification of devices (supplied in the Vendor's Offer no. ______________ of 11.04.2008. The Vendor is obliged to send notification of any price change within the period of 7 (seven) days from the prices change the latest. Together with his notification on prices change, the Vendor is obliged to submit the producer’s notice (which shall obviously show kind of changes, the date of their occurrence, etc.). In case no change of prices has occurred, the Vendor shall at least once a month within the Agreement Term validity submit to the OPERATOR a price list of the current Products (eventually reduced in connection with the provision of stock protection), as well as the price list of the new Products, with their anticipated life cycle. Such price list shall automatically become a constituent part of this Agreement within the APPENDIX 2.
3. OPERATOR'S KEY ROLES AND LIABILITIES
The OPERATOR shall perform his sale and Product distribution in compliance with the positive legal rules of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The OPERATOR is not liable to realize this Agreement partly or in whole, nor shall accept any costs or responsibility in case this Agreement is not realized, with which the Vendor is completely agreeable.
4. VENDOR'S KEY ROLES AND LIABILITIES
The Vendor is liable to provide all necessary licences i.e. certificates on the type/kind (Type Admissions) and market inspection permits for Products in the name of the OPERATOR and all other permits/approvals required by the positive legal rules of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and shall accept all costs and responsibilities therewith.
The Vendor is obliged and shall be deemed liable for the delivery of Products including everything contained in the positive legal rules of Bosnia and Herzegovina and market inspection.
In case of changed package by the OPERATOR, the OPERATOR takes liability mentioned in the previous Paragraph for the changed package.
5. PRODUCT ORDERS AND ORDERING MECHANISM, AUTO-LOCK AND PRODUCT CUSTIMIZATION, TEST-MODEL PRODUCTION – VARIANT, DELIVERY TERM, REPLACEMENT DEVICES, MINIMAL QUANTITY OF PRODUCTS AUTO-LOCK AND PRODUCT CUSTIMIZATION, CUSTIMIZATION LANGUAGE, DEVICE QUALITY RECEPTION

Za potrebe ovog Ugovora
“Adresa/Mjesto isporuke” označava adresu za isporuku Proizvoda;
“Garancija” znači jemstva koja Isporučilac daje za Proizvode;
“Jemstvo” ima značenje dato u članu 12.ovog Ugovora;
“Proizvod/i” označava one modele mobilnih telefona koji nose zaštitni znak ”___”;
“Specifikacija” označava tehničke i funkcionalne specifikacije Proizvoda;
“Strane” ili “Strana” označava strane u ovom Ugovoru, zajednički ili pojedinačno;
6. PREDMET UGOVORA
Predmet ovog Ugovora je sukcesivna isporuka mobilnih aparata proizvođača ”___” (u daljem tekstu: Proizvodi) koje Proizvode će isporučivati Isporučilac na zahtjev/narudžbu OPERATERA u skladu sa ovim Ugovorom.
Isporučilac daje pravo OPERATERU da kupuje, plasira i prodaje Proizvode u vezi sa ovim Ugovorom.
PRILOG 1: Ugovor o servisiranju mobilnih aparata proizvođača ”___”
PRILOG 2: Ugovora čini cjenovnik Proizvoda/specifikacija aparata (dostavljen u Ponudi Isporučioca br. ______________ od 11.04.2008. godine. Isporučilac je dužan dostavljati obavijest o svakoj promjeni cijena najkasnije u roku od 7 (sedam) dana od promjene cijena. Uz svoju obavijest o promjeni cijena isporučilac je dužan dostaviti i obavijest proizvođača (iz koje će biti vidljivo o kakvim promjenama se radi, kada su nastupile i dr.). U slučaju da nije bilo nikakvih promjena cijena Isporučilac je dužan najkasnije jednom mjesečno u okviru trajanja Ugovora OPERATERU dostavljati cjenovnik sa cijenama postojećih Proizvoda (eventualno umanjenih u smislu odredbe/stock protection), kao i cijenama za nove Proizvode, sa predviđenim životnim ciklusom. Takav cjenovnik će automatski postajati sastavni dio ovog Ugovora u okviru PRILOGA 2.
7. KLJUČNE ULOGE I ODGOVORNOSTI OPERATERA
OPERATER će provoditi svoju prodaju i distribuciju Proizvoda u skladu sa pozitivnim zakonskim propisima Bosne i Hercegovine.
OPERATER nema obavezu da u cijelosti ili parcijalno realizuje Ugovor, niti snosi bilo kakve troškove ili odgovornost ukoliko se Ugovor ne realizuje i Isporučilac je s tim u potpunosti saglasan.
8. KLJUČNE ULOGE I ODGOVORNOSTI ISPORUČIOCA
Isporučilac se obavezuje osigurati sve potrebne dozvole odnosno potvrde o tipu/vrsti (Type Approvals) i dozvole tržišne inspekcije za Proizvode u ime OPERATERA kao i sve druge dozvole/potvrde koje zahtijevaju pozitivni zakonski propisi Bosne i Hercegovine te prihvaća odgovornost i troškove za isto.
Isporučilac se obavezuje i odgovara za isporuku Proizvoda koja uključuje sve sadržaje koje zahtijevaju pozitivni zakonski propisi Bosne i Hercegovine i tržišna inspekcija.
U slučaju promjene pakovanja od strane OPERATERA , OPERATER preuzima obavezu iz prethodnog stava za promijenjeno pakovanje.

1. a) La présente requête est basée sur l’art. 7 de la Convention européenne d’entraide judiciaire en matière pénale conclue à Strasbourg le 20 avril 1959 (CEEJ) et le contenu du Deuxième Protocole additionnel à la CEEJ (PA II CEEJ).
b) La demande contient par ailleurs tous les renseignements utiles la bonne compréhension de l'affaire et à une bonne exécution de l'entraide (art. 14 CEEJ).
c) Même si cela n'est pas absolument nécessaire (art. 15 PA II CEEJ) la requête est traduite en Serbe, afin de faciliter la tâche de l'autorité requise. Il sied de préciser que X comprend le français et s'exprime notamment dans cette langue lors de ses rapports avec la victime.
d) Faute de connaître les coordonnées exactes de l'autorité serbe compétente, la présente commission rogatoire est adressée via l'Office fédéral de la Justice (art. 4 PA II CEEJ).
2. Les faits imputés à X sont susceptibles de tomber sous le coup des dispositions suivantes du Code pénal suisse (CPS).
3. Vu la date de la commission des infractions, la prescription, qui est de 15 ans (art. 70 al. 1 lit. b CPS) n’est pas acquise en l’espèce.
4. La présente commission rogatoire vise prioritairement à obtenir l'entraide judiciaire de la part des autorités de poursuite pénale serbes.
Toutefois, dès lors que le mandat d'arrêt décerné en Suisse contre X n'a pas eu d'effets, il est vraisemblable que le prévenu ait renoncé à venir dans notre pays. Comme l'extradition des nationaux n'est en principe pas admise (art. 6 al. 1 Convention européenne d'extradition / CEExtr.; déclaration consignée le 30.09.2002), il ne sera pas possible de demander l'extradition de X s'il reste en Serbie. Il se pourrait donc qu'il faille envisager une délégation de poursuite (art. 6 ch. 2 CEExtr. ; art. 21 CEEJ ; art. 88 ss Loi fédérale sur l'entraide internationale en matière pénale / EIMP), mais une telle démarche ne sera effectuée qu'au vu du résultat de la présente procédure.
Cela étant, soin est laissé à l'autorité requise de prendre d'office toutes les mesures utiles pour que l'établissement des faits soit fait dans les meilleures conditions (voir notamment les conclusions 2, 3 et 4, p. 12)
Article 156 CP – extorsion et chantage
1. Celui qui, dans le dessein de se procurer ou de procurer à un tiers un enrichissement illégitime, aura déterminé une personne à des actes préjudiciables à ses intérêts pécuniaires ou à ceux d’un tiers, en usant de violence ou en la menaçant d’un dommage sérieux, sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de cinq ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
2. Si l’auteur fait métier de l’extorsion ou s’il a poursuivi à réitérées reprises ses agissements contre la victime,
la peine sera une peine privative de liberté de un à dix ans.
3. Si l’auteur a exercé des violences sur une personne ou s’il l’a menacée d’un danger imminent pour la vie ou l’intégrité corporelle, la peine sera celle prévue à l’art. 140.
4. Si l’auteur a menacé de mettre en danger la vie ou l’intégrité corporelle d’un grand nombre de personnes ou de causer de graves dommages à des choses d’un intérêt public important, la peine sera une peine privative de liberté d’un an au moins
Article 180 CP - menaces
Celui qui, par une menace grave, aura alarmé ou effrayé une personne sera, sur plainte, puni d’une peine privative de liberté de trois ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
Article 146 CP - escroquerie
1. Celui qui, dans le dessein de se procurer ou de procurer à un tiers un enrichissement illégitime, aura astucieusement induit en erreur une personne par des affirmations fallacieuses ou par la dissimulation de faits vrais ou l’aura astucieusement confortée dans son erreur et aura de la sorte déterminé la victime à des actes préjudiciables à ses intérêts pécuniaires ou à ceux d’un tiers sera puni d’une peine privative de liberté de cinq ans au plus ou d’une peine pécuniaire.
2. Si l’auteur fait métier de l’escroquerie, la peine sera une peine privative de liberté de dix ans au plus ou une peine pécuniaire de 90 jours-amende au moins.
3. L’escroquerie commise au préjudice des proches ou des familiers ne sera poursuivie que sur plainte.

II. Pravo i postupak
1. a) Ovaj zahtev se zasniva na članu 7 evropske Konvencije o međunarodnoj pravnoj pomoći u krivičnim postupcima zaključenoj u Strazburu 20. aprila 1959. godine (CEEJ) i sadržaju Drugog dodatnog protokola CEEJ-e (PA II CEEJ).
b) Zahtev sadrži sve relevantne podatke neophodne za ispravno razumevanje slučaja i pravilno izvršavanje pomoći (član. 14 CEEJ-e).
c) Čak iako to nije apsolutno neophodno (član 15 PA II CEEJ-e), zahtev je preveden na srpski jezik, da bi se odgovarajućem organu olakšao zadatak. Treba naglasiti da X razume francuski jezik a posebno se dobro služio njime u vreme njegovog odnosa sa žrtvom.
d) U slučaju da su adresa i telefonski broj kompetentnog srpskog nadleštva nepoznati, ovaj zahtev će biti upućen na adresu saveznog pravosudnog biroa (član. 4 PA II CEEJ-e).
2. U predmetu protiv X optužbe potpadaju pod navedene odredbe švajcarskog krivičnog zakona (KZŠ-CPS).
3. Imajući u vidu datume učinjenih prekršaja, propisi o zastarelosti koja iznosi 15 godina (član. 70 st. 1 tačka b CPS) nisu neophodni u ovom slučaju.
4. Prvenstveni cilj ove zamolnice je da se dobije međunarodna pravna pomoć od strane srpskih organa nadležnih za sudski postupak.
Međutim, budući da poternica za X izdata u Švajcarskoj nije imala efekta, verovatno je da je optuženi odustao od povratka u našu zemlju. Kako izručenje državljana u principu nije dozvoljeno (član 6 st. 1 evropske Konvencije o izručenju / CEExtr.; deklaracija potpisana 30.09.2002.), to neće biti moguće tražiti izručenje X ukoliko on ostane u Srbiji. Stoga je možda potrebno razmotriti delegaciju za gonjenje (član. 6 par. 2. CEExtr.; član 21. CEEJ; član 88. podkl. Saveznog Zakona o međunarodnoj pravnoj pomoći u krivičnim slučajevima / EIMP), ali takva inicijativa biće preduzeta samo posle saznanja o rezultatima sadašnjeg postupka.
Imajući u vidu sadašnju situaciju, slučaj je prepušten nadleštvu koje je dužno da automatski preduzme sve potrebne mere radi utvrđivanja činjenica pod najboljim uslovima (posebno pogledati zaključke 2, 3 it 4, t. 12)
Član 156 KZ - iznuda i ucena
Ко u nameri da sebi ili drugom pribavi protivpravnu imovinsku korist, silom ili pretnjom prinudi drugog da nešto učini ili ne učini na štetu svoje ili tuđe imovine, kazniće se zatvorom od najviše pet godina ili novčanom kaznom.
2. Ako se učinilac bavi iznuđivanjem kao poslom, ili ako nastavi da u više navrata vrši iznuđivanje od svoje žrtve,
kazniće se zatvorom od jedne do deset godina.
3. Ako učinilac vrši nasilje nad drugim licem ili mu direktno preti opasnošću po život ili telesni integritet, kazna će biti kao što je predviđena u članu 140.

Član 180 KZ - ucena
Ko ozbiljnim pretnjama uznemirava ili plaši drugog, po prigovoru će se kazniti zatvorom od tri godine ili novčanom kaznom.

Che il Presidente del Tribunale voglia, ai sensi dell'art. 706 c.p.c, convocare i coniugi per espletare il tentativo di conciliazione, previa fissazione con decreto del giorno e dell'ora della comparizione; nell'ipotesi che il tentativo stesso dia esito negativo già
CHIEDE
di voler adottare i seguenti provvedimenti provvisori:
1) Autorizzare i coniugi a vivere separati, disponendo che la figlia minore Lidia rimanga affidata in via esclusiva alla madre;
2) Assegnare il godimento esclusivo della casa coniugale di proprietà di X e delia di lei sorella, così come arredata, alla sig.ra X che l'abiterà assieme alla figlia minore;
3) Dichiarare tenuto Y a corrispondere a X la somma di Euro 1 mensili, o quella che sarà ritenuta di giustizia a titolo di mantenimento della figlia Lidia, oltre al 50% delle spese mediche, di asilo e straordinarie.
4) Dichiarare tenuto Y a corrispondere a X dra la somma di Euro 1 mensili, a titolo di concorso al suo mantenimento.
Conseguentemente il Tribunale vorrà, previa designazione del Giudice Istruttore, accogliere le seguenti
CONCLUSIONI
1) Pronunciare la separazione personale dei coniugi, dichiarando che la stessa è addebitarle a Y;
2) Disporre che la figlia Lidia venga affidata esclusivamente alla madre X;
3) Assegnare il godimento esclusivo della casa coniugale, di proprietà di X e della di lei sorella, così come arredata, alla sig.ra X che l'abiterà assieme alla figlia minore;
5) Dichiarare tenuto Y a corrispondere a X entro il giorno 10 di ogni mese, la somma di Euro 1 mensili, annualmente rivalutabile secondo gli indici Istat, a titolo di concorso al suo mantenimento.
4) Dichiarare tenuto Y a corrispondere a X, entro il giorno 10 di ogni mese, la somma di Euro 1.mensili, o quella diversa che sarà ritenuta di giustizia, annualmente rivalutarle secondo gli indici Istat, a titolo di mantenimento della figlia Lidia, oltre al 50% delle spese scolastiche, mediche e straordinarie.
“In via istruttoria chiede ammettersi prova per interpello e testi sulle circostanza di cui in narrativa, con riserva di indicare i nomi dei testi e formulare i capitoli di prova. Con vittoria dì spese, competenze ed onorari".
Si dichiara che ia presente procedura è esente dal pagamento di marche, bolli. tasse e contributo unificato ai sensi dell'art. 10. L. n. 533/73.

2) Da se isključivo pravo korišćenja bračnog doma dodeli X koja će ga deliti sa svojom sestrom, kao i sav nameštaj u njemu, koje će zajedno obezbediti prebivalište u domu maloletnoj ćerci X;
3) Da se donese odluka kojom će se Y obavezati da isplaćuje X sumu od 1 evra mesečno, ili da se ustanovi zakonska obaveza tuženog da izdržava svoju maloletnu ćerku Lidiju, pored obaveze da za nju plaća 50% od svih medicinskih troškova, troškova vrtića i vanrednih troškova.
4) Da se navede da je Y dužan plaćati X mesečni iznos od 1 evra na ime njenog izdržavanja.
Konačno, da sud donese rešenje, nakon imenovanja sudije instruktora, kao što sledi:
REŠENJE:
1) Proglašava se odvojeni život supružnika, uz izjavu da krivicu za to snosi Y;
2) Donosi se odluka da se isključivo starateljstvo nad maloletnom ćerkom Lidijom dodeli njenoj majci X;
3) Isključivo pravo korišćenja bračnog doma dodeljuje se X koja će ga deliti sa svojom sestrom, kao i sav nameštaj u njemu, koje će zajedno obezbediti prebivalište u njemu maloletnoj ćerci Lidiji;
4) Donosi se odluka po kojoj je Y dužan da X, do svakog 10. dana u mesecu isplaćuje sumu od 1 evra, ili drugačiju sumu kako sud bude odlučio, godišnje kao naknadu, koja će se podešavati u skladu sa indeksima Istat-a (Statistički zavod Italije), na ime održavanja njihove ćerke Lidije, pored obaveze da za nju plaća 50% od svih medicinskih troškova, troškova vrtića i vanrednih troškova.
5) Y je dužan da plaća do svakog 10. dana u mesecu X mesečni iznos od 1 evra na ime troškova izdržavanja koja će se podešavati u skladu sa indeksima Istat-a na ime njenog izdržavanja .
„Putem upita i poziva provereno je činjenično stanje iz priloženih tekstova i okolnosti navedene u iskazima, a sa rezervom se navode imena svedoka u tekstovima i dispozitivu. Zahtevamo da tuženik plati sudske troškove, profesionalne troškove i naknade”.
Izjavljujemo da je ovaj sudski postupak oslobođen plaćanja sudksih taksi, poreza i zajedničkih doprinosa u skladu sa članom 10. Sl. Gl. br. 533/73.

Generalno, sa aspekta sadržaja kiseonika vodotok je, prema oba primenjena kriterijuma zadovoljavajućeg kvaliteta u potezu od profila Dalj do ušća reke Save. Uzorci poremećaja kiseoničnog režima su zagađivanja u transgraničnom kontekstu na učlaznom potezu, kao i zagađenje i poremećen hidrološki režim u zoni uspora i akumulacije Đerdap ispod Beograda (prilog 17-1).
Translation - English On the other hand, the watercourse stretch under Belgrade till the Sava River’s confluence is deficit in oxygen, and under saturation, not satisfying the proscribed second water class regulation, or the conditions for the sustainable aquatic organisms’ protection. In general, from the aspect of the oxygen concentration, the water course is, according to the both used criteria, of satisfactory quality in the length from the Dalj station till the Sava confluence. Causes of the oxygen regime disturbance were pollution in the transboundary context at the entrance zone, as well as pollution and disturbed hydrological regime in the slower flow zone and Đerdap accumulation downstream Belgrade (Supplement 17-1).

Abstrakt: U radu je dat matematicki model hladjenja nocnom ventilacijom. Dat je model i sprovedeno je ispitivanje numerickim simulacijama uticaja termofizickih osobina materijala skladišnog zida, profila promene temperatura spoljnog i unutrasnjeg vazduha i razlicitih pocetnih uslova na temperaturu unutrasnje površine skladisnog zida i vazduha u jedno - zonskom objektu sa cetiri adijabatna zida i jednim zidom sa dva spoljna otvora.
Kljucne reci: nocno hladjenje, prirodna konvekcija, fazno-promenljivi skladisni zid, termo-fizicke osobine, jedno-zonski objekat sa otvorima u spoljnjem zidu, matematc~ko modeliranje.
Uvod
Rezultati brojnih eksperimentalnih, modelskih i teorijskih istra`ivanja u oblasti potro{nje energije za klimatizaciju odnosno hla|enje i posebno u oblasti pasivnog kori{}enja sun~eve energije pokazuju da prirodno provetravanje mo`e da bude izuzetno va`na strategija za smanjenje toplotnog optere}enja za aktvno hla|enje i energetski efikasno pobolj{anje kontrole termi~kih uslova unutra{nje sredine. U radu se razmatra konvektivni prenos toplote i materije pri pasivnom hla|enju prirodnim provetravanjem prostora sa otvorima u zidu prema spoljnoj sredini, prostoru ni`e temperature.

Abstract: Mathematical model of the night time ventilation has been presented and applied in natural cooling study. In the mono-zone object with four adiabatic walls and one with exterior slots, the dependence of storage-wall surface temperature and indoor air temperature versus thermal and physical wall material properties, indoor and outdoor air temperature profiles, as well as on different initial conditions have been tested.

O KONTROLNOJ LISTI ZA IZVOZ, UVOZ I TRANZIT ROBE
Član 1
Roba koja se izvozi, uvozi, kao i roba koja je u tranzitu, razvrstava se na oblike izvoza, odnosno uvoza i tranzita i to: slobodan izvoz, uvoz i tranzit i izvoz, uvoz i tranzit na osnovu dozvole.
Roba iz stava 1 ovog člana koja se uvozi, izvozi i koja je u tranzitu na osnovu dozvole, utvrnena je u Priilogu 1 Kontrolne liste za izvoz, uvoz i tranzit robe, koja je odštampana uz ovu odluku i čini njen sastavni dio.
Član 2
U Kontrolnoj listi, roba koja se izvozi, odnosno uvozi, kao i roba koja je u tranzitu na osnovu dozvole,
označena je oznakom: “D”, dok su automatske dozvole označene sa oznakom “AD“.
Za robu čiji su izvoz, odnosno uvoz i tranzit označeni sa “D“ i posebnom oznakom, dozvolu izdaju
nadležni organi uprave :
- oznakom D1: roba za čiji je izvoz, odnosno uvoz i tranzit, potrebno pribaviti dozvolu, organa uprave za lijekove i medicinska sredstva,
- oznakom D2: roba za čiji je izvoz, odnosno uvoz i tranzit, potrebno pribaviti dozvolu organa državne uprave nadležnog za poslove zdravstvene zaštite bilja i životinja,
- oznakom D3: roba za čiji je izvoz, odnosno uvoz i tranzit, potrebno pribaviti dozvolu, organa uprave nadležnog za poslove zaštite životne sredine,
- oznakom D4: roba za čiji je izvoz, odnosno uvoz i tranzit, potrebno pribaviti dozvolu, organa državne uprave nadležnog za poslove kulture,
Za robu čiji su izvoz, odnosno uvoz i tranzit označeni sa ≪D≫ i “AD“ bez posebne oznake, dozvolu
izdaje organ državne uprave nadležan za poslove spoljne trgovine.
Tehnički propisi, koji su uslov za stavljanje u promet ili upotrebu robe, primjenjuju se u skladu sa
odredbama Zakona o standardizaciji ("Službeni list CG", broj 13/08), Zakona o akreditaciji ("Službeni list SCG", broj 44/05), Zakona o metrologiji ("Službeni list SCG", broj 44/05) i Zakona o tehničkim zahtjevima za proizvode i ocjenjivanje usaglašenosti proizvoda sa propisanim zahtjevima ("Službeni list CG", broj 14/08).
Roba koja nije navedena u Kontrolnoj listi je na režimu slobodnog uvoza, izvoza i tranzita.
Član 3
Opojne droge i prekursori, za koje dozvole za izvoz i uvoz izdaje organ uprave za lijekove i medicinska
sredstva, sadržane su u Spisku opojnih droga i psihotropnih supstanci u Prilogu 2 i Spisku prekursora u Prilogu 3 Kontrolne liste za izvoz, uvoz i tranzit robe.
Carinski organi, prilikom carinjenja robe koja je navedena u Spisku opojnih droga, kontrolišu da li se ta
roba carini preko carinarnice koja je navedena u dozvoli organa uprave za lijekove i medicinska sredstva.

D E C I S I O N
ON THE CONTROL LIST FOR EXPORT, IMPORT AND TRANSIT OF GOODS
Art. 1
The goods for export, import as well as goods in transit shall be classified according to the kind of export, import and transit, as follows: free export, import and transit and export, import and transit on the basis of permits.
Goods under Par. 1 of the Article herewith that are exported, imported and in transit on the basis of permits have been defined in Appendix 1 to the Control List for Export, Import and Transit of Goods, printed with the Decision herewith as its constituent part.
Art. 2
In the Control List , goods that are exported, i.e. imported as well as goods in transit on the basis of permits, are marked with the letter: “D”, while the automatic permits are marked with “AD“.
Permits for goods for export, import and transit marked with “D“ and with special mark are issued by the competent administrative authorities :
- marked with D1: goods that are exported, imported and in transit on the basis of permits issued by the administrative authorities competent for medicines and medical substances,
- marked with D2: goods that are exported, imported and in transit on the basis of permits issued by the administrative authorities competent for health protection of plants and animals,
- marked with D3: goods that are exported, imported and in transit on the basis of permits issued by the administrative authorities competent for the environmental protection,
- marked with D4: goods that are exported, imported and in transit on the basis of permits issued by the administrative authorities competent for culture,
Permits for goods for export, import and transit marked with “D” and “AD“ without special mark are issued by the administrative authorities competent for foreign trade.
Technical regulations according to which goods are released for circulation or used are applied in compliance with the provisions of the Law on Standardization (“Official Journal of RCG", No. 13/08), the Law on Acreditation (“Official Journal of RCG", No. 44/05), the Law on Metrology (“Official Journal of RCG", No. 44/05) and the Law on Technical Demands for Products and Their Compliance with the Formalities (“Official Journal of RCG", No. 14/08).
Goods not listed in the Control List are under the regime of free export, import and transit.
Art. 3
Narcotic drugs and precursors for which permits are issued by the administrative authority competent for medicines and medical substances are listed in the List of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances in Appendix 2 and the List of precursors in Appendix 3 to the Control List for export, import and transit of goods.
During the clearance of goods listed in the List of narcotic drugs, customs authotities control whether those goods are cleared through the customs office mentioned in the permit issued by the authority competent for medicines and medical substances.

J'accorde une grande importance à ces contacts personnels et je voudrais les prolonger en vous informant personnellement et périodiquement de l'actualité de l'UEFA. Ma présidence doit être la vôtre et je tiens à ce que vous soyez tenus au fait des progrès qu'ensemble nous ferons.
Comme vous le savez, le programme sur lequel j'ai été élu le 26 janvier comportait des propositions qui visent à renforcer la collégialité du processus décisionnel de l'UEFA en redonnant un rôle puissant et moteur aux élus, aussi bien au niveau du Comité Exécutif que des Commissions ou des Fédérations nationales.
C'est dans cet esprit que j'ai formulé un certain nombre d'objectifs devant le Comité Exécutif constituant du 9 février. Un renforcement du pouvoir des élus et des fédérations nationales passe nécessairement à travers une révision partielle des statuts de l'UEFA. Le Comité Exécutif a donc approuvé la constitution d'une Commission de Révision Partielle des Statuts qui sera présidée par le Président de la Fédération anglaise Geoffrey Thompson. Cette Commission remettra ses conclusions au Comité Exécutif lors d'une session extraordinaire le 26 mars prochain, en vue d'une présentation devant un Congrès Extraordinaire le 27 mai 2007 à Zurich au moment du Congrès de la FIFA.

Na kostanim strukturama se uočavaju početne degenerativne promjene ante i laterokorporalno..
Spinalni kanal je normalne širine. Sužen je i.v. prostor u nivou L5-S1.
Nema znakova herniacije i.v. diskova niti kompresivnih fenomena na caudu eqinu i pripadajuće radikse.
