- "Debridement
A necrotikus szövet, károsodott sejtek, baktériumok, sebváladék, mind a sebgyógyulás körülményeit rontják. A debridement célja ezért eliminálni a sebet érintő káros „terheléseket”:
- necrotikus terhelés (necrotikus anyagok, fibrotikus sebalap, életképtelen szövetek, exsudatum)
- sejt terhelés ( elöregedett, phenotypus változáson átesett, reagálni nem tudó fibroblastok, keratinocyták )
- bakteriális terhelés ( baktériumok, illetve baktérium kolóniák védő poliszacharid burokban = biofilm)
A debridement során a túlnyomást okozó vaskos callus is eltávolításra kerül, a sebtisztítás során fel lehet tárni minden tasakot, drainálni lehet ezeket. A debridement rendszeres alkalmazásával tiszta, jól vaszkularizált sebalapot nyerhetünk. A seb öblítéséhez mindig fiziológiás sóoldatot használunk, kerülni kell a cytotoxikus szerek használatát.
A debridement lehetséges módszerei:
· sebészi
· autolitikus
· enzimatikus
· mechanikai
· biológiai"
