- Bulgur je pšenica pripremljena na poseban način. Kako bi se od obične pšenice dobio bulgur, prvo treba ukloniti ljuske sa zrnja, zatim se takvo zrnje djelomično skuha, nakon kuhanja se osuši, a za pripremu drugih jela može se koristiti u cjelovitom ili usitnjenom obliku.
