- Zajedničko ulaganje (engl. joint venture) je posebno preduzeće, posao ili poslovni projekat koji zajednički osnivaju i poseduju dva ili više inače potpuno nezavisna preduzeća koja, da bi ostvarila neke svoje ciljeve i interese, zajednički ulažu sredstva u određenu poslovnu aktivnost.
