I have recently received a number of requests for \"proposals\" for translation services and would like to ask if anyone has a proposal writing resource or knows of any resources that provide guidance in writing proposals for translation services.

This is a book by a long-time editor at a consulting firm (Richard Freed), written mainly for management and IT consultants, but very valuable for its client orientation. It has lots of examples, and I can confirm that it is highly realistic.
