Termbase entries not highlighted in source text

The termbase was working perfectly yesterday and all of a sudden it has stopped.

I can see the termbase entries on the right but the terms are usually highlighted in blue in the source text and this has disappeared.

The termbase is enabled.

In options, appearance, lookup, the termbase is enabled.

I tried to uninstall and reinstall memoq. On reinstall, there was an error saying that the original installation folder is corrupt. I tried to rename ... See more

I reinstalled MemoQ into a new folder. Everything is working fine except for the termbase.

Highlight termbase entries in source Apr 27, 2017

In memoQ 2015, go to memoQ tab > Options > Options.
Click Miscellaneous > Lookup results and enable Show highlights.

Issue resolved Apr 28, 2017

MemoQ very kindly replied even though I do not have a maintenance agreement.


Please stop memoQ and go to the following path:
c:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\MemoQ\
Then delete the following file:
Preferences-lookup.xml

Then start memoQ and see if the issue still happens.

It worked!
