Voici un autre site (ils ne sont pas nombreux) qui nous confirme que "COM-PLY is an APA product name for composite panels ".

Il s'agit bien donc de matériaux composites (panneaux composites).
Je pense que mon intuition est bonne : COM-PLY devrait être l'abréviation de COMPOSITE PLYWOOD, à traduire par CONTREPLAQUE COMPOSITE, à moins que vous préfériez mettre une traduction plus vague : PANNEAUX COMPOSITES.
A vous de faire votre choix.
