I translated it as DESIGN PRODUCTION LIGHT, but perhaps someone has a better idea?
It is a name of a Polish Light Design company. As such the name sounds wierd to me in Polish, but has to be translated as it hides some ideology inside :( So in full it would be sth like: Aranżacja przestrzeni za pomocą światła i realizacja światła. Maby "Design Production of Light" would be closer??

: perhaps "lighting production design", since "light production design" is ambiguous and could be interpreted as "light" versus "heavy production design"
