• Taper windows rectangular, Hamming, Hanning, Bartlett, Kaiser-Bessel, Flattop, Blackman, Cosine, Welch, Connes.
I know that in signal processing, a window function is a function that is zero-valued outside of some chosen interval.
But what "Taper" means?
