“I made zero putts,” she said, “just when I thought I finally got these greens figured out.”
From an interview of a golf champion, I don't understand the second part of the sentence (though I think I unterstand every word). I feel something is missing after "out" (like: then the round was over) - Maybe this second part need to be "broken"...
The next sentence is another Q from the interviewer (no link whatsoever with this one)
Could someone reword or explain this second part for me please?

In other words, poor putting (or at least not manificent putting) at the very time she or he felt that the greens were now under control.
