contexte: dans un Prospectus de fonds de placement, passage d'un paragraphe sur le remplacement de Titres:

"Should any Security be lost, stolen, mutilated, defaced or destroyed, it may be replaced at the specified office of the Principal Agent (or such other place of which notice shall have been given in accordance with General Condition 4) upon payment by the claimant of the expenses incurred in connection the-rewith and ***on such terms as to evidence and as to indemnity as the Issuer may reasonably require. ***"
