Portuguese term

sob a responsabilidad e cobertura de todos

Portuguese to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters security
The word that is giving me trouble in this context is "cobertura". I don't like "coverage" here.

"Sob a reponsabilidade e cobertura de todos", diz um trecho do documentado, datado ABC do ano passado, que O POVO teve accesso.

Discussion

Michael Powers (PhD) (asker) Aug 6, 2006:
"responsabilidade" NOT "reponsabilidad" Sorry for the typo - thanks, Robert, for pointing it out.

It is binding on all parties//each and everyone//everyone

More context would be nice, but this seems to be the sense. If the phrase refers to the parties of a contract, then "parties" would be the best choice.

Boa sorte.

It would be "responsabilidade", wouldn't it? :)

Oi Michael, vou tentar explicar para vc. Sob a responsabilidade é óbvio, sob a cobertura quer dizer que os envolvidos acobertaram (ajudaram a ocultar) o esquema. Cloaking maybe?
