Spanish term (edited): El estimulo mecánico se transmite a los tejidos del cuerpo humano observándose que la musculatura..
Selected

Upon transmission of the mechanical stimulus to the human tissue, it is observed that the muscles...

...sometida a vibración....

...that are [being] vibrated....

Comments:

Singular "stimulus" (not the plural "stimuli") translates Spanish "estimulo"

"Tissue" and not "tissues" (in the context of "body tissue" it should be treated as an uncountable noun)

The Spanish "cuerpo" does not need to be translated ("tissue of the human body" is redundant and "human tissue" suffices).

Finally, beginning the sentence with "upon" allows a rendering in English that is both natural in its own terms and faithful to the original.

Suerte.

Furthermore:

"Noticing" makes no sense as a passive verb without an antecedent (i.e., who is doing the "noticing")

"Making it noticeable" and "evidencing" would sound extremely awkward in English.

4 KudoZ points awarded for this answer. Comment: "Thanks so much to all 3 of you, but this is exactly what I was looking for. Just like you said, a passive verb (observing, noticing,... ) was not making too much sense."
