Actually 'Rechte und Wirkungen' should probably better be 'Rights and consequences' as it does not say 'Rechte und 'rechtliche' Wirkungen.
'rechtliche Wirkungen' - 'legal effects' (C.H.Beck Verlag; Dietl; Rechtswoerterbuch).
This also avoids the problem of repeating words.
