Access and Routing Module (for Banking system)

The Access and Routing Module is an access and delivery server that performs the following functions.

•It controls the connection and communication with all the Participant Systems (after *clearing* from the security system).
• It receives Participant System messages and files, performs authentication and validation, and returns acknowledgements back to the Participant System.
•It routes payment messages to the Settlement system when appropriate.
