I am stuck on "marca de la casa". I assume it means "trademark", ie. with her trademark enthusiasm, but I cannot actually find it anywhere.

: Trademark. The Spanish original gives the impression of a sloppy translation from English, as "marca de la casa" is not the most obvious expression to mean "caracteristica"/ "tipica"/"tradicional"/"consabida"/etc etc
