7.1. Any dispute between the Company and you concerning the interpretation of the terms of this Scheme or the amount of commission payable to you will in the first instance be resolved under the Company's grievance procedure and logged with the Company’s legal department. If the dispute cannot be resolved in this way the matter may be referred at the request of either party to the Commission Committee.
