Biorąc pod uwagę zakres przedmiotowy ustawy, pokrywa się np. z kanadyjską Real Estate Trading Act (http://v2o.gu.ma/)
Kwestie zarządzania nieruchomościami (management) są w polskiej ustawie ujęte jedynie w Rozdziale 3.
Przez "management" można oczywiście rozumieć zarządzanie zbywaniem i nabywaniem nieruchomości, a przy takim podejściu propozycje poprzedników też są w porządku.
