Experience in leading large groups of high-level employees
I don't know what "de buen nivel" means either, but my guess is that it refers to the relative status of the employees in question. In this case, the English translation can reflect the ambiguity of the original. Or, perhaps, "senior management".
Suerte.

Or, as Ruth suggests, "managing" rather than "leading"; however "teams of high level" doesn't really work in English.

Just to explain why I put "- at senior levels": I think the Spainsh is ambiguous; it's not entirely clear whether the experience of the person leading the large groups should be "de buen nivel" or whether the groups themselves should be "de buen nivel" though I would veer towards it being the groups, niot the person - but that is just an assumption. So, my answer aims to be ambiguous too (I think!) LOL!
