English to French Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general) Bill of exchange/Documentary credit
If they are unable to do either there may ultimately be a claim under the first bond we issued. Our existing commitment to issue the required follow up bond is not likely to be explicit but it may be implied or inferred.
