Not like a "bout of the flu/sickness/illness" but a "bout of cooing".
"She turned to me after another bout of cooing [over the baby]"
"She turned to me after another bout of cooing [over the baby]"

2 hrs
séance
:-)))
5 hrs
accès
'accès' is all right for the bout of flue/sickness/illness where I would not use séance but will it do for a bout of cooing?
6 hrs
