No tengo contexto, pero según he visto, debe de ser uno de los múltiples usos de la palabra "cola" en Argentina, que está relacionado con las películas.
Lo que no sé es si se trata del trailer de un filme o de la parte extrema de una cinta.
¿Podríais auydarme con la traducción al inglés?

Si el uso es Argentino, casi seguro que se refiere a un avance de una película, pero deberías tener por lo menos suficiente contexto para saber si se podría tratar de un tema técnico o una conversación coloquial.
