German term
GTV
German to English
Tech/Engineering
Food & Drink
Beim letzten GTV hat sich gezeigt, dass dieser Ansatz möglich sein müsste.
This "Ansatz" refers to the pre-frying of cheese, which would be beneficial for the holding time in a UHC (universal holding cabinet)
Can't seem to find what this stands for, whether originally a German or English abbreviation. Anybody know? Thanks in advance.

: Highly unlikely - there's hardly any reference for this term. On a related note, how would you define a "generelles Testverfahren" (this is not an established scientific term)?
