"Strong and resilient" is sort of a set phrase in business reports. I would say resilient means here being able to withstand adverse market conditions. A quick search shows that in French, "forte génération" is most often used, although "solide génération " also occurs, and could be useful in renderning the meaning of resilient
E.g.:
Our strategy and capital structure have resulted in a balance sheet that is both strong and resilient.
