C'est comme ça que je le comprends : le temps d'attente maximum avant que le message soit transféré entre les opérateurs, comme il peut y avoir des goulots d'étranglement aux heures de pointe. Il y vraisemblablement génération d'un message d'erreur si ce temps est dépassé.
