Hinterlaesst der Erblasser mehrere Erben, so wird der Nachlass gemainschtliches Vermoegen der Erben. Der Nachlass als Ganzes faellt allen Erben UNGETEILT an. Bis zur Auseinandersetzung, d.h. Aufteilung der Erbschaft bleibt sie als Einheit bestehen.
