Spanish term

union de persona perita

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)
Term appears in an Iberian Spanish notarial document defining the articles of association of a new company. The article in question lays out the accountancy of the firm and states:

"Los socios, por si o en union de persona perita, dispondran de un plazo de quince dias , etc, etc."

What would the equivalent boilerplated term be?
Many thanks in advance :-)

could also be 'with expert advice'. Don't know that either can be considered 'boiler plated' though; hadn't read that part!

advisor /counsel

I know that perito is usually translated as "expert" but this sounds more rational to me in this context, even "competent counsel". Example: 29 Jan 2008 ... Oops, I forgot to put the "en union de" . This might "with the advice of a competent counsel" or "through/ by means of/ or jointly with" among other possibilities.
