Your preference is to finance this requirement by re-gearing the freehold property owned by XXX. Unfortunately this is not something we are currently minded to support and, under the circumstances, we feel ****additional equity*** should be introduced pending either a sale or re-finance.
How can "equity" be translated in this context ?
