Spanish term

Ministerio de Jefatura de Gabinete de Ministros

Spanish to English Law/Patents Certificates, Diplomas, Licenses, CVs certificado de nacimiento
Corresponde al encabezado de un certificado de nacimiento de la Provincia de Buenos Aires. Por lo que pude ver en internet "Jefatura de Gabinete de Mnistros" se traduciría como "Presidency of the Cabinet of MInisters". Pero cómo sería la frase entera: Department of Presidency of the Cabinet of Ministers???

cabinet office

This term, used in the UK and a couple of other countries, fits the bill perfectly. It's the department or ministry which supports the prime minister and cabinet. You don't need to say "cabinet of ministers", because by definition the cabinet consists of ministers.
Peer comment(s):

agree Bill Harrison (X) : Should do but I'd leave the Spanish as well as putting a translation. Their website interestingly puts the words 'ministerio de' in very tiny letters.

agree AllegroTrans : yes it is fine for UK but a bit to "Brit" for USA (or even Irish Republic)

En Español

Yo lo dejaría en español. La verdad es que estas instituciones son diferentes en cada país y al estar en el encabezado, sugiere que es la autoridad local.
Espero que ayude.

Thanks!
neutral philgoddard : I don't think you should leave it untranslated - most people won't understand what it means in Spanish.

No Phil, I agree with you that most people won't understand; only because it sound like one of this Argentine jobs that noone know what it is exactly !
neutral Bill Harrison (X) : Agree with Phil but have no idea what it means. Although I would leave the original and then add a translation in brackets.
