Looking forward a few weeks when we come to start using our measures in reality, understanding how we will be reviewing them is important to your thinking.
Slide 16
We need measures at every level and are appropriate for the time scale we are reviewing.
So the longer the time period of review the more we move into the *top corner*: weekly.
The shorter the time period the more we move towards the line level.
The line here is a production line.
Thank you for your help!

top corner of slide?
Just a guess - Could it be the top corner of the slide? Perhaps the person doing the presentation is meant to point to the top corner at that moment, and that corner shows whatever is meant to be gained by the longer review periods..
Note from asker:
In facts, it is! Many thanks Nesrin :) |
