what is the difference between using shall and will in legal langauage ?

what is difference betweeb saying: The Company shall comply with its obligations.

"will" is a simple future, and is translated with سـ or سوف
"shall" in legal documents indicates an obligation, so in Arabic that's rendered as عليه أن - ينبغي/يجب عليه أن

agree Nesrin : I have to agree!While my answer shows the difference btw will and shall in English, in Arabic legal texts it would just be تلتزم الشركة, indicating an obligation.//Agree, unless for some reason a simple future is implied (not common in legal texts though)

فعل مضارع وس أو سوف

بالنسبة إلى إجابتي الزميلين السابقين فأنا أتفق معهما تماماً ولكن عند ترجمة shall في العقود يفضل أن تترجم في صيغة الفعل المضارع كي لا يظهر العقد وكأنه عقد إذعان أو إجبار. ولكن إذا تعذر ذلك بالطبع يمكن ترجتمها كما ذكر الزميلين في إجابتهما.
بالنسبة إلى will يمكن أن تترجم بصيغة المستقبل القريب "سيفعل شيء ما" أو سوف يفعل شيء ما".
