I got your point Allegrotrans and FVS, but about the other part you have pointed out as incorrect english: I may take away "that," but the thing here is that a movant (may I say so?) has previously applied for the same issuance of an official letter unsuccesfuly (this, due to court room paperwork, or due to another petitions in the same trial being submitted and resolved, while the petition is not duly heeded or due to lack of clarity in the brief, there could be a lot of causes for the judge in order to not provide a ruling , in this order of ideas the movant has to "insist on that, to be provided with an admission or non admission ruled by the judge. I know its hard to do inverse translation, very difficult this way but it is not such an impossible task to do. I just needed a little help. Thank you very much.
