Yes, definitely need more context here, as 'foam parties' are very common (among students etc.!) and this is how I'd immediately imagine a 'party with lots of bubbles'..

More context... My immediate thought was 'foam party'. Are we getting misled into thinking it's champagne by the 'bulles'? Among other things, we call it 'bubbly', but what is the French pet name for champagne?

You're absolutely right of course Sheila. I would read this as a champagne party and would be seriously disappointed if I showed up in a cocktail dress to a foam party!

I'd ask for extra context. If the events involve champagne and are in the evenings I'd choose laenai's answer, if they are any time then I'd choose kashew's answer - but if it's a FOAM PARTY (with a bubble machine) that's something totally different. Don't you have pictures or anything to help? Can't you look at the client's website to get a feel for the sort of events they put on?

No context? Personally, I'd refuse to translate it if I didn't have any. The consequences of my translation publicising a champagne-filled event as bopping to a bubble-machine (or kids at a birthday party supping champagne, for that matter) are just too horrible to imagine. :(
