Mar 16, 2013 18:49: Mokhtar Nabaleh changed "Level" from "Non-PRO" to "PRO"

When entering new questions, KudoZ askers are given an opportunity* to classify the difficulty of their questions as 'easy' or 'pro'. If you feel a question marked 'easy' should actually be marked 'pro', and if you have earned more than 20 KudoZ points, you can click the "Vote PRO" button to recommend that change.
How to tell the difference between "easy" and "pro" questions:
An easy question is one that any bilingual person would be able to answer correctly. (Or in the case of monolingual questions, an easy question is one that any native speaker of the language would be able to answer correctly.)
A pro question is anything else... in other words, any question that requires knowledge or skills that are specialized (even slightly).
Another way to think of the difficulty levels is this: an easy question is one that deals with everyday conversation. A pro question is anything else.
When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.

Or until a citizen is directed to his job

أعتقد أن التوجيه هو من الشركة التي تعين الموظفين في العمل

There are many other words to use instead of "directed" but this depends on the rest of your document. For example
Outplacement
http://www.almaany.com/home.php?language=arabic&word=توجيه&l...
Outplacement Services Employment خدمات توجيه وظيفي
placement = تعيين
http://www.almaany.com/home.php?language=arabic&word=placeme...
And you will need to adjust it to use the noun, Or until the placement of a citizen in his job, etc
or until employs a citizen
or until a citizen is oriented on his job
or until a xxxx citizen/national is posted to his job
or until a national/citizen is placed in a job
You may also use:
or until the national/citizen receives job placement
Explanation:
Need more context here, but:
If a public job placement service is assigning nationals or citizens to various positions of employment, you could use my translation. Perhaps in that case, the citizen previously signed a contract to receive unemployment benefits/stipends from the government (which explains why it is mentioned in the beginning of the Arabic source unit).
More context is needed.
