English to Polish Bus/Financial Construction / Civil Engineering subcontract

Mam problem z następującym fragmentem ogólnych warunków umowy:

1.The Main Contractor reserves the right to order certain activities by dayworks. The manpower, materials, equipment supplied in “Daywork” basis, will be accepted only if previously authorized by the Contractor with a written work form, and in any case the manpower must be capable of performing the required work and the result of the assigned work will always be under the responsibility and management of the Subcontractor.

I dalej:

1.In case of manpower paid on time basis, the Subcontractor shall identify the workers involved at the beginning of the previewed work (and every day at the start of operations) to the Contractor‘s representative and at the end of every day, or when the job is completed, the Subcontractor shall submit the bill of the hours worked in two copies (one for the Contractor and one for the Subcontractor)
