To start with, is it 'building walls' and 'overlaps' — or 'building' 'walls and overlaps'? Since in EN an 'overlap' is not soemthing one would usually 'build', it's probably important here to know what the overall project is about, what kind of 'building' is involved, and where these 'overlaps' fit in?
