This sounds more like a description than the name of a disease

It appears that the text you have is a poor translation from another language. The original text possibly had a term like "irritable bowel syndrome" or some other term which the translator looked up somewhere. The definition of the term may have begun by explaining that it was a disease in the abdominal cavity, and the translator thought that was Arabic name of the disease.

In a situation like this, I would simply translate the text as it stands as "an abdominal cavity disease" without trying to guess what the original text was.

short-bowel syndrome.

it could be short-bowel syndrome, for this syndrome causes diarrhea, and it is cited in the Arabic context that this "abdominal cavity" is a result of diarrhea

Other Medical Conditions (that causes diarrhea):

* Surgery to remove part of your intestine. A shortened intestine may be unable to absorb all the substances you eat. This is referred to as short-bowel syndrome.
