: C'est une couche à double fonction: protectrice, mais la résistivité est importante aussi dans le rendement de la cellule, donc "couche résistive protectrice", voir brevet bilingue Saint-Gobain: http://www.google.it/patents/WO2009103929A2?cl=en

Discussion
"resistive layers for solar cells" is enough, or if you think that more information could be useful, quote the whole paragraph
