Merci PLR. En tou cas, healing signifie aussi guérison, donc "non-healing ulcers" seraient des ulcères inguérissables (= incurables, selon le dico du CNRTL). J'admets cependant que "cicatriser" est plus fréquent sur google par rapport au pied diabétique.
