Actually it could be "affinitaire". Be that as it may, Wiktionary defines it as "un contrat de garantie étudié pour s'adresser à un ensemble de personnes disposant d’une activité commune ou ayant un besoin commun (extension d'assurance pour le matériel électro-ménager, pour des pratiques sportives….).
I can't remember what it's called in English though. Group insurance?
