Esto es la traduccion literal; en principio en ingles se usa mas, pero en Español tambien se ve, sobretodo en comics, por ejemplo. Si no quieres traducir literalmente, puedes poner alguna exclamacion como ¡ay!

more than "suspiro" (which would be a literal translation) the text requires the sound: ufff
