I'm posting this under marketing as it's a creative blog-type text about how bikes have been the source of inspiration for all kinds of innovative ideas (design, art, etc.) so there's a lot of poetic licence with the translation.
It's clear that this phrase refers to the fact that this bike (pictured here http://www.fubiz.net/en/2014/09/30/arvak-bicycle/) does not have the classic triangle-shaped frame.
Le vélo Arvak (allusion au cheval mythologique tirant le soleil dans sa course à travers le ciel) arbore quant à lui une silhouette épurée. Son cadre est obtenu par moulage de 24 couches de feuilles de placage dans une forme. Il s’agit donc d’un cadre monocoque (sans assemblages), qui assure une grande rigidité **sans triangulation**.
I currently have "despite its non-standard shape" but I'm not completely happy with it.
