Spanish term
se hubieran acabado o no
Spanish to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
This seems unclear to me (in the context below). I'm guessing the idea must be "whether or not payment of such sums has been received". Any thoughts or insights? I'd be particularly interested to hear what native Spanish speakers make of this. Thanks.

whether the services have ended or are ongoing
The text here refers to the services. It is stipulating that, as compensation for the model hiring his or her services without this particular agency's consent, the model will have to pay 100% of the fees he or she earned back to the agency, regardless of whether the services have ended or are ongoing at the time the agency becomes aware of this.

Regardless of whether these subcontracts had been carried out or not (they may had been postponed, cancelled or performed).
