المحررات المعدة للإثبات هي المحررات ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﻳﻘﺼﺪ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻷﻃﺮﺍﻑ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﻨﻴﻮﻥ ﺍﻹﺛﺒﺎﺕ ﻋﻨﺪ ﺍﻟﻤﻨﺎﺯﻋﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻮﻗﻌﺔ، ﻭﻻ ﻳﺸﺘﺮﻁ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺇﻻ ﺃﻥ ﺗﺤﻤﻞ ﺗﻮﻗﻴﻊ ﻣﻦ ﻳﺤﺘﺞ ﺑﻬﺎ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ، بخلاف المحررات غير المعدة للإثبات التي لا يكون الغرض منها وقت إعدادها هو إثبات تصرفات قانونية معينة.

I think 'produce' collocates perfectly with 'documents. The following google search gives more than 50,000 hits for "Documents produced for" https://www.google.com.eg/?gfe_rd=cr&ei=SNvuVuXGMovF8AfJzoqo...

I dont have any tangible references but I can tell you that I heard this term from a South-African citizen using this term when attending a case in Algiers.
