I found that "ph" stands for "Philadelphia chromosome", it's a specific mutation of a gene, but I do not see how to translate "-like" into it.
ALL = acute lymphoblastic leukemia
Participants with B-ALL will have an additional sample sent for a special genetic test to see if they have a form of ALL called ***Ph-like ALL***.
If the leukemia is found to have ***Ph-like ALL***, additional tests will be done to see if the leukemia might respond to targeted therapies with certain drugs.

oui vous avez raison, donc en fait il s'agirait d'une LAL avec modifications chromosomiques comme le chromosome de Philadelphie, c'est ça?
