Spanish term (edited): tenemos finta de fresas

"Fresa" is a notoriously difficult word to translate, you have to understand how it's used in conversation. I can't think of any one word that really captures it myself. It means someone who is conventional, doesn't stray too far from the norm, who is a little bit fussy and prone to complaining about any situation that's unsafe or insalubrious, and, this is key, like showing they are a class above the "pueblo".

Fresa 3 adj (Coloq) Tratándose de jóvenes, que no se arriesga a contravenir normas y leyes, que pertenece a una clase social privilegiada, generalmente de dinero y con gustos e ideología conservadores: un chavo fresa, “Hay unos que son bien fresas y no entran en onda”, “Si eres fresa, ¿por qué traes greña?”

"We look like typical suburbanites,
I don't really think so myself" (i.e. as it's pejorative, he's saying they don't really look "fresa" in his mind.)
