Hello, I don't usually translate from French, but I've been asked to translate a short birth certificate from Burkina Faso, most of which is fairly straightforward. However, in the top left corner before anything else, appears the initials "T/E".
I'm wondering if this is might be fairly obvious to most French translators/speakers or if it's something more hard-to-fathom or simply specific to Burkina Faso.
