English term
undivided joint interest of its right, title and interest in the Joint IP
English to German
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
Intellectual property agreement
ABC has agreed to sell and/or transfer an undivided joint interest of its right, title and interest in the Joint IP (as defined below) to DEF.
I am struggling with the term "undivided joint interest". I understand it is an undivided interest in a joint property, but since I am already struggling with "undivided interest" this does not really help.
It seems to be something like Miteigentum, but I am not sure how to formulate it in a way that is spot on in German
