Not sure which country you need this for, but here's my entry for Mexico anyway.
This term of French law has its equivalent in Rule 95(1) of the I.C.J. Rules of Court of 1978 (I.C.J. Acts and Documents No. 6) as ‘the operative provisions of the judgment’.

In Mexico, these provisions in a judgment are referred to as the "puntos resolutivos" or "puntos dispositivos", and by ellipsis as simply "dispositivos" or "resolutivos".
An example of this usage:
