English to Russian Law/Patents Law: Contract(s)

THE CONTRACTOR’s duties include:
ii. To perform all related civil works, including foundation construction for the PLANT.
iii. The procurement of all the materials, equipment, tools, machinery, methods and auxiliary means, including minimal oil stock for test runs, that are necessary and adequate for the correct installation and delivery of the PLANT, establishing the measures and necessary devices to attend in optimal conditions to the hygiene and safety of the personnel in the place where the services are provided.
